Food Stamps - State Supplemental Program - Massachusetts

The State Supplemental Food Stamp Program (SSFSP) provides state-funded food stamp benefits to non-citizens who are not eligible for the federal Food Stamp Program in Massachusetts due to their non-citizen status. SSFSP benefits are provided only to those non-citizens who have resided in Massachusetts for a continuous 60 days or more before application.

To be eligible for SSFSP benefits the non-citizen must meet Food Stamp Program financial and non-financial criteria.
