The Oklahoma Health Care Authority, the Department of Rehabilitation Services, and ODMHSAS engaged in a Collaborative Project to improve services in non-urban areas of the state. The project blended the three agencies' resources to create a better-designed system of care for adults with serious mental illness, adults with substance abuse treatment needs, and adults with co-occurring disorders.
