If your Assistance Unit is no longer financially eligible for Medicaid under the TANF Related covered group, Low Income Families with Children (LIFC) Section 1931 because of an increase in earnings or decrease in the earned income disregard, then all of the earned income will be disregarded for one year from when you lost eligibility.
During that one year period, you will continue to receive Medicaid if you are otherwise eligible.
After that, your Assistance Unit may be eligible for Transitional Medicaid.
Try a New Situation in which you specify "Transitional" as your covered group.
