DE Note: Continued Medicaid Eligibility - Pregnant Women and Infants

Once you and your unborn infant become eligible for Medicaid under either the TANF or FPL covered group for pregnant women and infants, you remain eligible for three-months after the birth, and your infant remains eligible until reaching one year of age.

Changes in your income or family composition do not affect your eligibility during these periods.
