After you receive the 1st six months of Transitional Medicaid, you and others in your Assistance Unit are not eligible for a 2nd six months of Transitional Medicaid for one of three reasons, either:
· Your Assistance Unit's gross earnings minus childcare expenses exceed 185% of the Standard of Need amount; or
· No one in your assistance unit has a job; or
· You no longer have a child under age 18 (or a student age 18 who is expected to graduate before age 19) in your assistance unit who is living in the home of a parent or specified caretaker relative.
