You are not financially eligible for Medicaid under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) covered group for pregnant women and infants because either:
· Your Assistance Unit's gross income exceeds 185% of the TANF Standard of Need for the size of your Assistance Unit; or
· Your Assistance Unit's net income after deductions exceeds the Payment Standard for the size of your Assistance Unit; or
· The resources of your Family Budget Group exceed the TANF Resource Limit.
Be sure that you have counted any expected unborn children in determining the size of your Assistance Unit.
