DE Alert: Medicaid Ineligibility - Pregnant Women and Infants

You and your family are not eligible for Medicaid under either the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) or Federal Poverty Level (FPL) covered groups for pregnant women and infants because you have answered that you are not pregnant and that there are no infants or other pregnant women in your family budget group or assistance unit.

If any of your answers are not correct about your being pregnant, another member of your family being pregnant, or about there being an infant in your family, then go back and change those answers.

If they are correct, then try a different covered group, such as "Other FPL-Related" or "LIFC - Section 1931".
