You are not eligible for Medicaid under the TANF Related covered group, Low Income Families with Children (LIFC) Section 1931, because your Assistance Unit does not include any children under age 18 or any students aged 18 who will graduate before age 19, or because the children are not living in the home of a parent or specified caretaker relative.
