You are initially eligible for Medicaid under the TANF Related covered group, Low Income Families with Children (LIFC) Section 1931, because your Assistance Unit has gross income that does not exceed 185% of the TANF Standard of Need and your net income after deductions does not exceed the Standard of Need.
However, when your time-limited earned income disregards are no longer in effect, your net income will exceed the Standard of Need, and so the members of your Assistance Unit will not remain eligible for LIFC - Section 1931 Medicaid coverage.
Note that if your ineligibility is caused by employment, your earned income is disregarded for one year. After that you may be eligible for up to another year of Transitional Medicaid.
NOTE: See DE TANF - Income Limits for a table of the TANF Standards. See DE TANF - Income Eligibility for the general rules for determining income-eligibility. And see DE Medicaid - Low Income Families with Children for the LIFC exceptions to the general rules.
